What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Whisk (Stainless Steel)?

Yes. We offer laser engraving, pad printing, and hot stamping for logos. Custom packaging includes color box, kraft sleeve, blister, and header card. Material can be adjusted within stainless steel grades (430 / 304 / 420 SS).
What is the lead time for samples and bulk production?
Samples typically ship in 7–15 days. Mass production lead time is 30–45 days after the deposit and artwork are confirmed.
What payment terms and shipping incoterms do you accept?
Standard payment is 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before shipment. We ship EXW or FOB. Yangjiang ports (Yantian 3.5h, Huangpu 4h, Shenzhen 3h) make logistics convenient for global buyers.
Do you allow third-party quality inspection before shipment?
Yes. We welcome SGS, BV, Intertek, and your designated third-party inspections at our Yangjiang facility during production or before shipment. We provide production samples and QC reports on request.
